Problem
Modern drones and autonomous vehicles rely heavily on GNSS signals for navigation, making them vulnerable in environments affected by jamming, spoofing, or signal degradation. In both military and civilian scenarios, the loss or corruption of GNSS can lead to mission failure, crashes, or the inability to safely return the vehicle.
Solution
DOT1 provides a resilient, GNSS-independent navigation solution by leveraging onboard imaging and satellite data. The prototype integrates a compact computer, visual sensors, machine-learning algorithms, and Earth-observation imagery to compute a reliable position estimate even in full GNSS-denied environments. The system is lightweight, affordable, and easy to integrate, enabling any drone to maintain safe navigation, complete its mission, or autonomously return home - regardless of jamming or spoofing.
